The Hausers are one of the "royal families," of guitar building. For over one hundred years this family has been creating instruments of a high quality. Hermann Hauser II was a third generation builder. His guitars were played by some of the most famous guitarists of our time including (but not limited to) Andres Segovia and Julian Bream. Although he was brought up in the tradition of his father's (Hermann Hauser I) building techniques, he'd go on to experiment using different body sizes and strutting techniques.

This is a fine example of elegance and refinement that the Hauser guitars are known for. The sound of the guitar is crystal-clear and extremely well-balanced. The slightest change in the attack of the right hand introduces the player and audience alike to a color-palette that is very rich and broad. The small body makes the guitar comfortable and very easy to play. The age of the guitar also brings its marvelous character and richness. Make an appointment to experience a piece of history today.
